Job Description:

Plans, organizes, directs field employees, and contractors to maximize field production and overall success of the project. Reports all progress, delays, and issues to the field superintendent and assists in resolving conflicts with the installation. In charge of field production per job.

Essential Functions:

1. Interaction with the general contractor to maintain excellent communication and a positive relationship throughout the entire process.
2. Oversee the field employees as required for maximum production efficiency.
3. Assist the Project Manager in creating a materials list for each project.
4. Coordinate with all other trades on the project.
5. Perform quality control measures and testing to ensure all systems are installed and operating as designed.
6. Enforce jobsite safety requirements for all employees and subcontractors.
7.  Monitor project schedule to ensure we meet the assigned completion deadline.
8.  Notify the project manager to any additional work that arises and assist in estimating the cost.
9.  Complete start-up forms for any plumbing equipment installed.
10.  Create a punch list near the end of the project and complete items.
11. Manage the paperwork as required throughout the project (Daily reports).
12.  Maintain a neat and organized work environment at all times.

Additional Responsibilities:

•  Prior to installation, verify that all new plumbing fixtures and equipment is the correct model number and fixture type etc. Notify PM of any discrepancies.
•  Maintain and update as-built drawings throughout the progress of the project.

Job Qualifications:

•  Minimum of 5 year’s experience as a foreman.
•  Strong knowledge of blueprints and project specifications.
•  Knowledge of the current plumbing codes.
• Proficient communication skills/ people skills.
