Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Harvey W. Hottel, Inc. is currently seeking Commercial Service Technicians capable of providing a quality service to our customer base. Those services include repairs and maintenance on a wide array of equipment including: Boilers, Chillers, VRF systems, Water-Source, Self-Contained & Split Systems, Pumps, Superchargers, CRAC Units and much more. Residential HVAC Service Technician
Harvey W. Hottel, Inc. is currently seeking a High-End, Residential Service Technician capable of providing a quality service to our customer base. Those services include repairs and maintenance on a wide array of equipment.
Typical systems include, but not limited to: A/C, heat pumps, boilers, radiators, radiant systems, HVAC duct systems, zoning systems, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, air purification systems, Wifi enabled systems, and VRF systems.

Residential HVAC Installation Mechanic

Job Summary:
Experienced Geothermal, Radiant, HVAC Equipment, and Ductwork Installation Mechanics. Harvey W. Hottel, Inc. is currently seeking experienced HVAC Installation Mechanics to work in the Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia Areas.
Candidates must be experienced in all areas of HVAC installation and start-up to include: geothermal heat pumps, radiant floor systems, ductwork, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, boilers, controls / control systems as well as installing all related HVAC accessories. Our systems are designed to provide comfort, air quality, and energy conservation to the residential marketing place.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience Equipment and ductwork
- CFC Certified
- NATE Certification a plus
- Geothermal Accreditation a plus
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Experience and ability to understand the logic and installation of Controls and Control Wiring
- Must have a Valid Driver’s license and good driving record.

Journeyman Plumber
The journeyman's position will install and repair water supply lines and drainage systems.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
- Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
- Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems
- Prepare written work cost estimates for clients
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field
- Clean driving record as you will be driving a company vehicle
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
