It is with sincere thanks that I write. While I know we would not typically be a customer based on your commercial business, when called upon our mutual friend, you and your team treated me and my wife like we were the most important people in the world. All it took was one phone call and with hours, Mike Kephart was calling me to set up a time for him to stop by that afternoon. He then went to work early the next morning finding us a new condenser and coil for our failing A/C. Within and hour, he was on the phone with me discussing several options. Once confirmed, he stopped that Friday afternoon to sign the contract. By Tuesday, the equipment was in and he had a team ready to install Wednesday morning.
Jason and Milton showed up on time as expected. They went above and beyond in their efforts to make the installation seamless, but also were incredibly respectful of us and our home.
