Dear Mark,
Last night I called your company to get plumbing service at my home. I thought I had a broken pipe and my garbage disposal was clogged. I would just like to let you know how grateful I was to one of your employees. I believe his name was Mike Campbell.
He must have called me two times to let me know when he was coming. When he arrived I was surprised to see a plumber as polite and well mannered, clean and extremely neat. He fixed the job without any problem and made sure all was working correctly before he left.
I am always having something done at my house, so needless to say, I have had many plumbers at my house. I never met one like Mike. I am sure you all feel like this, but I just wanted you to know how my husband and I felt. In the future I will be calling you and asking for Mike. Please make sure that he can get some kind of kudos.
