Dear Patrick,

I want to let you know that I'm enjoying the cool, clean air from the convectors Harvey Hottel, Inc. installed in my condominium last month. Their quiet operation is also a much welcomed feature.

The frequent coughing episodes I was experiencing have abated, and I do believe I can attribute it to replacing the old, dusty, mildewed convectors. I know you spent a lot of time searching for the right and affordable equipment for my place, and I certainly appreciate your efforts.

In addition, the installers, all of them pleasant and polite, worked long, hard, and carefully. Of course, if things can go wrong they will, and in this case, the water valve in the dining room leaked and had to be replaced. The plumber replaced the other two valves, too. After Wade stepped in and took charge, everything worked out fine! I am highly satisfied with the work.

Several owners here have asked who did the convector work. I highly recommended your company to them.
